Our Founder: Michael Hallett
Raised by educators in Central Pennsylvania, Michael Hallett learned early in life the values of accountability, pride in one’s work, and the importance of serving others. These principles laid a strong foundation for a career that has since spanned over 15 years in the construction industry.
Starting from high school, Michael worked hands-on in the field—digging ditches, pouring concrete, and hoofing drywall for a local home builder. This firsthand experience fueled his passion for construction and led him to pursue a degree in civil engineering from Temple University, followed by a master’s degree in construction management from Drexel University.
As a principal of a Philadelphia-based construction management firm, he collaborated with some of the most influential development firms in the Mid-Atlantic region, gaining valuable insights and honing his expertise in managing complex projects. However, witnessing the impact of economic shifts and a global pandemic on the construction industry led Michael to question the industry’s approach: “Does it have to operate this way?”
His answer was CCM—a firm dedicated to building projects that minimize conflict, clarify vision, and create a winning outcome for all parties involved.
